We were with another company until today! We called for service at 0845 yesterday morning to our existing service company…never heard back. Called again last night and they said we’d get a call this morning…no call…we called a third time and they said they couldn’t give us a time because their PMA customers come first so they’d keep us on the list! We reached out to Haly on the recommendation of a friend. The woman who answered the phone was extremely kind and very helpful and a service tech was here one hour later! The tech told us that contract or no contract, everyone deserves to have heat! I would absolutely recommend Haly to anyone!!!! Thank you so much for taking care of us and making us matter!!!!
