Budget- Frequently Asked Questions.

Question 1: How much do I currently owe on my account with Haly Oil & A/C?

Answer: The balance that is currently owed is found at the bottom of the print out you received.

Question 2: When is this balance due?

Answer: The balance is due by July 25, 2008. Please know that the first payment for next year’s budget plan is due next month as well. Therefore, we will need last years remaining balance and years first payment.

Question 3: Can I pay my balance with a credit card?

Answer: Yes. Please contact us at 610 251-0342 to make payment.

Question 4: What will my payment be next year?

Answer: Your payment is located on the print out enclosed in this package.

Question 5: How is my payment for next season calculated?

Answer: Our computer software automatically calculates your next season budget payment from your usage during the past heating season.

Question 6: When is my first budget payment due and when does it end?

Answer: The budget plan is made up of 12 monthly payments. The first payment is due no later than July 15, 2008. Payment is due by the 15^th of each month. The final Budget Payment is due by the June 15, 2009. Please send payments in the self addressed envelopes included with this package.

Question 7: Can I make my budget payments with a credit card?

Answer: Yes. In fact you will receive a discount of $.04 per gallon on your price per gallon if you use Direct Budget Payment. To sign up for Direct Budget Payment please fill out our “Authorization for Direct Payment Form” and return it to our office in on of the self addressed envelope enclosed.

If an automatic delivery customer runs out of oil we will immediately credit your account $50.00. We are simply dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. Keeping you constantly comfortable is our promise to you!!!

Terms and Conditions

* Customer must be on automatic oil delivery

* Any customer that runs out of oil due to "credit hold" is not eligible for $50.00 credit. (credit hold occurs if customer account balance is over established credit limit, has more than 1 delinquent budget payment, or customer has an outstanding invoice over 30 days old)

* Haly Oil & A/C will not be liable for run out if any of the following occurs: labor strikes, prolonged adverse weather conditions, unplowed driveway, natural disasters, riots, states of emergency or any reasons beyond the control of Haly Oil & A/C.

* There is no cash value to this credit. It can only be redeemed as a credit towards future oil deliveries and or service invoices.

* Haly Oil & A/C is not responsible for run outs caused by leaking or faulty oil tanks; or run outs caused by excessive "spiked" usage.

* Haly Oil sets time and date of delivery any customer refusing delivery will not be eligible for credit.

* Propane customers must use propane for "whole house heating" to be eligible for credit.
