Price Protection Programs
Cap Price Program-This program offers upside & downside protection. Your price per gallon will never exceed the Cap Price, but if the oil market drops, so does your price.
Variable Price Program- Your price per gallon will fluctuate penny for penny with the market. Prices will vary depending upon current market conditions at time of delivery
PrePay Guaranteed Price Option- This program will fix the price of each delivery at the pre-pay price per gallon during the life of the contract.
Payment Programs
Auto Payment - Customers can save $.04 per gallon with our auto pay program. With auto pay Haly Oil & A/C will bill your credit card the next business day after your delivery. With auto pay you eliminate the risks of finance charges and interruption of service due to credit limit.
Budget Programs- A great way to spread out your heating expense’s over the whole year is through our budget programs. Our 11-month budget program begins in August and ends the following June. Our goal is to have the customer end the budget with a $00.00 balance. If you make budget payments
