Budget- Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: How much do I currently owe on my account with Haly Oil & A/C?
Answer: The balance that is currently owed is found at the bottom of the printout you received.
Question 2: When is this balance due?
Answer: The balance is due by July 25, 2009. Please know that the first payment for next year's budget plan is due next month as well. Therefore, we will need last year’s remaining balance as well as the current year’s first payment
Question 3: Can I pay my balance with a credit card?
Answer: Yes. Please contact us at (610)251-0342 to make payment.
Question 4: What will my payment be next year?
Answer: Your payment is located on the print out enclosed in this package.
Question 5: How is my payment for next season calculated?
Answer: Our computer software automatically calculates your next season budget payment from your usage during the past heating season.
Question 6: When is my first budget payment due and when does it end?
Answer: The budget plan is made up of 12 monthly payments. The first payment is due no later than July 15 2008. Payment is due by the 15th of each month. The final budget payment is due by June 15, 2009. Please send payments in the self-addressed envelopes included with your billing package.
